Dr Bakary Diallo, Rector of the African Virtual University (AVU) www.avu.org will be a speaker at the Open Innovation Africa Summit (OIAS²) of http://research.nokia.com/page/12248 that the Summit will take place on Monday, may 28 – Wednesday, May 30 at Safari Park Hotel, Nairobi, Kenya.
Open the Innovation Africa Summit is organized by Nokia, infoDev and Capgemini. OIAS² relies on the results of the inaugural Summit Africa Open Innovation, organized in December 2010, by continuing to cultivate collaboration and promote a State of mind thinking among the parties involved African innovation ecosystem and living leaders for a dialogue and exchange of ideas from which actions and concrete results may be jointly agreed and pursued. This year the theme of leadership will take the stage, it is believed that it is not enough to have only policies, strategies and plans in place, but need superior performance and leadership to the acceleration of the car of African entrepreneurship and innovation.
OIAS² will have four streams of deep diving, where participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the latest ideas and innovations and to contribute to a lively debate on the future direction. The stream will be 1. The Mobile, 2 Information society. Technology and Innovation, funding, 3. eTransformation and 4. The ecosystem of Innovation.
